Field Sales Manager (DSR) - Midlands and North Region
Do you have previous experience in building good customer relationships and developing business? We have an opportunity for a Sales/ Account Manager with a proven track record selling lubricants products to the industrial market.
Your role will include:
Managing existing accounts.
Identifying and developing opportunities for new business with both existing and potential customers .
Gaining a strong understanding of our premium brand value add and technical advantages to maximise sales
Maintaining a knowledge of the market and staying current on industry needs, requirements, and trends.
Developing a good understanding of the industrial market sector challenges and opportunities.
Providing advice and recommendations to customers on industrial lubricants and lubrication issues.
Undertaking regular account reviews of existing customers.
Key skills required
Experience in Solution Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
Experience in Paper or Metal Industrial highly desirable
Strong demonstrable value added and solutions sales skills.
A motivated and driven personality, a pro-active self-starter.
A solutions finder with entrepreneurial flair who is willing to take the initiative.
Excellent relationship builder.
Confident communicator and presenter at all levels who interacts well with colleagues and customers.
Highly effective time management, administrative and organisational skills to work autonomously are essential.
A flexible approach to work and business travel.
