International Field Marketing Manager (Russian Speaking) – Gravesend, UK

Are you experienced in marketing communications? Do you have a university degree or equivalent? Do you speak Russian? If yes, then this is the opportunity for you.

About us

Our aim is to become the global leader in  the sales and distribution of lubricants. Lubricants are all around us: in the engines that power our transport, to the industries that manufacture almost everything we encounter on a daily basis.

We have a multi-brand portfolio of B2B and B2C products – many of whom are market leaders in their industries.

Due to Internal promotion we have a rare opportunity to join our European team as a Marketing Manager for our International market.

About the role

Our Marketing team and the business function this role supports is fully integrated into the sales process from lead generation to supporting existing customers. With key distribution partners right across EAME, a large proportion of the work will be helping our customers amplify our marketing activities and investments.

This is a multi-skilled marketing role, with responsibility for:

  • Devising the annual marketing plan for the Business Unit

  • Delivering Marketing support to the sales process from lead generation to customer delivering key/strategic customer marketing plans

  • Developing marketing programmes and promotions for Sales to implement

  • Market insight and analysis

  • Budget management

You will have full exposure to the rest of the Moove Europe organisation and the opportunity to work on cross-company, transformative projects.

About you

We are truly a people business with a rich and diverse make up. What all our people have in common is a real passion to achieve and to make a difference – we call it our Moove Attitudes.

You will have:

  • Marketing communications experience

  • B2B Marketing exposure.

  • Experience managing agencies, budgets, and close collaboration with Sales team.

  • Commercial bias rather than creative

  • Experience with analysing and utilising data.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to sell our story

  • Willing to take ownership and be open to feedback;

  • Adaptable – from fast and flexible to methodical and structured, depending on the situation;

  • Innovative and pragmatic – willing to try new things and spot new opportunities, balanced with the business needs;

  • A people person – business is fast paced and relies on team work: real team work, so whilst you don’t need to be an extravert, you need to be comfortable with lots of fast communication and working in a matrix-type organisation. Given the diverse nature of our own organisation as well as the nature of our client base right across EAME, you need to be experienced and comfortable with adapting your style to suit different cultural norms.

What you can expect

We offer what you’d expect from any large multi-national, bluechip organisation:

  • A competitive salary (please let us know what you are looking for when you apply)

  • Generous bonus scheme,

  • Matching up to 7% pension

  • 20 days holiday rising to 25 after your first year at annual renewal time.
